Rebecca Brais is a Consultant Histopathologist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, a fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists and member of the Association of Clinical Pathologists and British Division of the International Academy of Pathology.
Following an undergraduate degree in Integrated Biology at UC Berkeley, California, she undertook a medical degree in the UK, followed by specialist training in Cambridge, Norwich and Papworth. Dr Brais has been a Consultant Histopathologist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital since 2006 with an interest primarily in hepatopancreatobiliary and transplant pathology. She is currently involved in numerous collaborative research projects and trials including the first national trial on neuroendocrine tumours of the pancreas.
